These culottes are easy to make. They have an elastic waistband and are as full as a skirt. I can make them out of any summer cotton.
We do need a couple measurements. Please include these in the “Notes” section of the checkout page.
- General skirt or pants size
- Length from waist to where ever you want it below your knees
*IMPORTANT: This is a budget listing, so the price does not include fabric. You can either mail me some special print you want me to use (average 2 yds, at 42 inches wide for each Miss size of culottes) or you can put one of our “shop selections” in your shopping basket and I will use that fabric to make your order.
