This is a sturdy country blue Seer Sucker: workable for summer culottes if you wish. The stripes would be vertical in a garment. It feels like it has a lot of polyester in it. (Fabric remnants are not always labeled.) There are 2 yards of this piece; enough for one blouse, petticoat or pair of culottes in Girls or Miss sizes.
These fabrics are remnants, meaning they are pieces that are already cut from the bolt, so supplies are limited. We do not sell these fabrics separately. You must order a custom garment that we will use this fabric on.
